• Thirteen years’ experience -- elected continually to City Council in 1997
• Devoted to serving as a full time Councillor

• Protested when Council departed, in the late 1990s, from its previous “pay as you go” policy and began incurring debt

She clearly remembers the rationale for Council decisions over the past 13 years, and can clearly articulate what the intentions were at the time.
